Returns & Cancellations
We want you to be completely happy with your Jellycat purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.
Returns Policy
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to Return an Item
- Visit jelly-bagel.com and log in to your account.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item you wish to return.
- Follow the instructions to generate a return label (if applicable) and package your return securely.
- Ship your return using a tracked delivery service.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Cancellations
- If you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible.
- Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned once delivered.
